Automatic three-wire precision cold drawing machine is an excellent choice for precision pipe making. It is suitable for the production of precision pipes cold drawing process, such as carbon steel pipes, stainless steel pipes, copper pipes, aluminum pipes, etc.

This machine is designed for upper loading, the blank tube is pushed through the core from the top, the middle layer completes the drawing operation, and the material is discharged from the side into the frame at the bottom.

 

This design is stable and solid, and saves site area. The double main chain design is adopted, and the drawing trolley slides along the high-precision track, which is stable and powerful, and is an effective way to ensure the precision of the finished product. The main motor, main power box, and main reduction box are arranged at the tail, and the control console is arranged at the joint of the core rod table and the grinding seat perforation. In actual production, the operator can conveniently observe the operation of the equipment, which is safe and efficient.

This machine is designed with a whole machine drawing oil collection system, which meets environmental protection requirements.
